The director explains, a year ago, the senior stage manager died in this room of a heart attack. Struck down mid-tirade, her spirit now haunts the greenroom as a ghost. She attacks anyone who enters the greenroom and any new stage manager the director tries to hire.
The crew have attempted to get rid of the ghost, but an assistant illusionist was badly hurt in the attempt.
The band head to the Haunted Greenroom
The door to this room is locked, bolted, and painted with holy symbols. The wood is cold to the touch. Behind the door, a voice mutters faintly about stage call.
A once-comfortable room now in dusty chaos. Papers, fossilized food, and faded cushions lay scattered like shrapnel. Near the door is an old, splattered brown stain.
There are drapes sectioning off part of the courtyard and this is the Temporary Greenroom, on entering the band see squashy, threadbare chairs and sofas take up the inside of the pavilion. A few tables are scattered with papers and mugs. At one of the tables, a grim-faced halfling is scribbling on a script.
The assistant stage manager, Biscuit, is translating the director's blocking notes. Before the senior stage manager died, Biscuit was grumpy and efficient. Now that he has two peoplesʼ jobs to do and a crazed ghost for a boss, stress has turned him into a jerk running on fumes.
Up in the Back loft, For crew positions, all that Biscuit cares about is “can you follow directions” and “can you handle sudden catastrophe.” To that end, he will take the players to the gazer closet and open it without warning. The gazers will attack the first person they see - not Biscuit, as he hides behind the door as he pulls it open.

Xlixi tries and fails to kick down the door, so Hydrica unlocks the door and Xlixi rushes in trying to save face.

As the band enter the greenroon, the ghostly stage manager appears and begins scolding them about missing call time.
Xlixi tries to reason with the ghost, which the ghost sees as them arguing with her, so she attacks.
The Ghost frightens Xlixi, and hurts most of the party before finally being defeated and sent off into the either.

The Director is full of gratitude and confidence. She offers them double pay and a letter of
recommendation.

The band head into the courtyard and see a packed dirt courtyard busy with stagehands and rehearsing cast.
Next to a canvas pavilion on the south side of the courtyard, a dragonborn dressed in splendid white armour is scolding the crowd. No one is paying them any attention.

Cleave, the preaching dragonborn, is the lead baritone singer in the opera. She is a method actor and stays in character as Jawver at all times. Since Jawver is the legalistic lieutenant of a draconic tyrant, the rest of the crew is getting fed up with her.
Cleave as “Jawver” gives gruff, tyranical and dismissive instructions to the band on where to find Biscuit in the Temporary Greenroom.

Biscuit is running on fumes and is irritated at the interuption until the band state they are their for the Crew Auditions.
Biscuit then announces follow me, and quickly gets up and heads out to the hallway and up the stairs, with the band following rapidly behind him.
Up in the Back loft, For crew positions, all that Biscuit cares about is “can you follow directions” and “can you handle sudden catastrophe.” To that end, he will take the players to the gazer closet and open it without warning. The band arm themselves with items from the cleaning supplies and tools, they go about systematically using their spells and scrape by without failing this "Audition", killing both gazers.
As a reward for killing the gazers, Biscuit directs them towards the wine stash in the hangover room, then returns to the temporary greenroom.
