Reece and Chuck head off to work at the construction site. Christian heads off to work at the estate agents.
Gregor remembers that not all Empowered are out and proud, most are in the closet and hide their identities.
Lynx's starts on the job he was given by Christian - re-paint the neon yellow SUV to a less conspicuous colour.

Gregor goes on a mooch about to see if he can pick up the trail of the thug he let go last night.
That's right 4 different locations the team has split up, as well its daylight, they need to earn food money, they need a non-empowered presence in the city of Ibadan, they are by day regular blokes, by night the Empowered, team platies.
Reece suddenly spotted that people were running past him!
Those people were his work mates!
They were all running in the same direction past him.

Reece enquires what the fuck is going on, and a panicked worker spouted something about rats, swarming rats, attacking/bubbling out of the elevator tunnel down to the underground works.

I spy a silhouette of some bogs.

Speeding like a bolt, Reece is a blur
Changing into his costume, modesty shielded behind the porta-loos.
Up up n away Renegado emerges flying around the construction site.
Getting an aerial view of the rats swarming and bubbling out of the elevator shaft.
Renegado sweeps into action picking up a large wielders propane tank, but it is heavy and he manages to bounce it semi flying over to the swarm.
Turning the valve on, he drops the tank down the shaft, almost dragging himself with it.
But that was all some of the swarm needed, then now scrambled, scratched and bit their way up and over Renegado body.
Renegado fast flights over to a nearby lake and plunges himself into its depths, freeing himself of the biting, gnawing rats.
He then returns flying to the construction site, promptly nicks some strangers cigarette lighter mid flight, picks up a scaffold pole and wraps rubbish around the end of it and lights it.
Now traveling like a flying jouster Renegado heads towards the pit, tapper flickering in the wind.
Closer and Closer he gets till, whoosh the propane gas is ignited and the pit blasts out a funnel of fire, which Renegado narrowly avoids with some skilled evasive flying.
Making a super flight back behind the porta-loos, Reece emerges looking scratched and bitten, which is quickly explained off as a few of the workers were also scratched and bitten in the mass fleeing.
But with the fire blast explosion, that seems to have stopped/killed the rats that were emerging from the pit, those on the ground quickly disappear into rubbish, down the sewers, flee like... rats.

Christian is doing his rounds showing clients properties, evaluating the price of properties when between clients near North Ibadan he spots Detective Stronger emerging from a house, a very posh house for a Detective salary!
Christian hangs back a bit and follows Detective Stronger around the corner, where he sees him get into the passenger side of a car, with a grey haired fella driving.
Christian makes a note of the number plate BDN-531EM.

Christian checks out 3 different long time vacant hard to sell properties.
Lynx is busy out front of the house marking up and painting the SUV, when John, the Captain of the neighbourhood watch tries to quiz him on who he is, why he is there, do the owners know he is there, etc generally being the nosy busy body.
Lynx is having none of it and not only refuses to answer Johns questions, sets out to completely confuse and disorientate John, throwing in some underhand insults till John wanders off in indignation.
Christian hangs back a bit and follows Detective Stronger around the corner, where he sees him get into the passenger side of a car, with a grey haired fella driving.
Christian makes a note of the number plate BDN-531EM.

Gregor still wandering around, fails to pick up the thugs trail, so continues to meander around the city, checking out skid row and starting to get his bearings within this new city.
When he spots a car pull up and a passenger that looks remarkably like Detective Stronger get out.
As Detective Stronger gets out of the car another person emerges from the ally that the car parked near.
The Detective and this stranger have a brief exchange, and the Stanger hands the Detective a stuffed envelope and what looks like a photo.
The Detective then heads back to the car and the car drives off.
hmm interesting....
As Soon as the car is out of sight, Gregor heads into the ally and catches up to the stranger, close enough to telepathically send the stranger to sleep!
Gregor then ties up the stranger and puts on his mask, just as the stranger rouses from his sleep.
Using his Telepathic powers Svyaz extracts the following information from the stranger.
Gregor retreats out of the ally, and stays within sight of the stranger till the police arrive.
Captain Franks and some other offices arrive on the scene about 10 min later, Captain Franks spots Gregor and gives him a nod, then heads into the ally.
Gregor makes his exit, and makes a circulus route home.
Christian tell the team about the new hideout he has found, and even embellishes it sprouting utter bollox, that it has beds, sofa and furniture, even a wall TV!

Captain Franks and some other offices arrive on the scene about 10 min later, Captain Franks spots Gregor and gives him a nod, then heads into the ally.
Gregor makes his exit, and makes a circulus route home.
Where Gregor asks Lynx about the logo and a school where 20 years go and where uniform!
Lynx replies that that must be ETH Ibadan, its an elite posh knobby private college, where the rich send their kids, they are proper toffs and they occasionally "slum it" with the common people, but its never real as daddy can always bail them out of the shit.
The team after a days work come back to the house, and see Lynx's new paint job on the SUV.
Lynx, Chuck and Reece stay at the house as they ordered a Pizza.
Christian and Gregor head out to buy some "supplies".
They end up buying:
- foldout camp beds and sleeping blankets x5
- set of fold out chairs
- blow up sofa
- beanbag x2
- 7" tablet with internet sim and glue
They then head over to the warehouse and "kit" it out, mounting the 7" tablet on the wall as a mounted TV!
Christian and Gregor then collect the rest of the team from the house and drop them off at the warehouse, where Reece bitches and moans about the state of the place, but then crashes out in a sulk on the beanbags.
Lynx gets to trying to fix the electrics and mechanics of the garage door.
Chuck crashes out on one of the camp beds, marking it as his!
Christian and Gregor head back out, they want to sniff about Detective Stronger's house!

They park the SUV a little way off from Detective Strongers home, and settle in for a long night house watching.
They see some movement in the front left room, then suddenly there is a scream, and some yelps of, sorry, I did not mean to over cook the steak, argh, sounds of broken china, sobs, and pitiful "im Sorry, I'm sorry, I did not mean to over cook it, I will do better, I will be better, I'm Sorry!!"
CUNT!, exclaims Gregor
Fucking wife beating CUNT, responds Christian.
But we cannot blow our cover, we must be patent.
After a while the lights and shadows move to the front right room.
About 1 hr later, the upstairs lights go on in the Front Right room, then off again.
About 1hr later still, the same pattern repeated, but this time the downstairs lights are switched off.
Gregor texts the team back at the warehouse, Reece picks up the phone and luzes it to Lynx, farts and rolls over back to sleep.
Lynx reads that the Christian and Gregor need their skills at Detective Strongers house!
Rousing Reece, Lynx manages to wake him and convince him to get them both over to Detective Strongers house.
As Lynx failed to respond to the text, Christian goes ahead with his part of the plan.
Walking up the driveway to the house, Christian and Gregor scope out the house.
Christian then disintegrates into a cloud of dust and passes through the keyhole and letterbox into the house, reforming just the other side of the door, where he spies a red flashing light down the hall!
Fuck Alarms!
Christian makes a circuit of the downstairs and finds that each of the external windows and doors are alarmed.
Fuck.
Just as Christian finishes his slow, steady, stealthy sweep of the downstairs, Reece fly's in carrying Lynx on his back.
Reece deposits a shocked, wind swept Lynx on his arse by Gregor, and growls what's up.
Lynx via the Telepathic nexus talks Christian through disabling the alarm.
Once disabled, Christian opens the front door for the team.....
The team then make their way up the stairs, Christian turning to dust and flying up the stairs as soon as one of the steps creaked, the rest of the team, with a bit of support from Gregor manage to avoid the creaking step.
Right they are upstairs, having broken into a Detective's house, they are creepers in the dark!
Christian shits his pants as the bedroom door gives a bit more resistance than he was expecting, but lynx in full chameleon mode, just pushes the door wide open, and enters the bedroom.
Christian and Gregor follow into the bedroom and see Detective Stronger and his wife asleep in bed.
Right down to work.
Gregor uses his Telepathic powers to extract knowledge from Detective Stronger while he is sleeping.
With the questions Gregor asked they gather:
- The Detective will pull the kid over on a Random Traffic stop, and then deal with him, primarily between the kids home and his college, else either to or from one of the nightclubs.
- When: as soon as possible, the quicker I do it the quicker I get the next job and the next pay day
- He gets paid regularly to dispose of people, it pays well so why not.
- He has a Safe in the floor of the back left bedroom, and the combination is 539771
While this is going on, his wife starts to stir and rolls over facing Lynx, where he can see her face and the bruising around her eye!
As she starts shifting in bed, the team make a quick exit, Reece flying down the stairs and out of the open front door, Lynx almost fell down the stairs but was caught by Gregor, Christian turned himself into a cloud of dust and wafted down the stairs.
The team minus Christian left the house and closed the door, while Christian reset the alarm, then turned to dust to exit the house.
Breaking and Entry was a piece of piss...
They head out onto the street and back to their SUV, heading back to the warehouse to digest what they have found out, and crash out on the camp beds.
