Lynx spends the time becoming a precise replica of Sheriff Alberto right down to his dna and even his personality, then phones in from in town to say he is taking a few personal days owed to him.

The team gear up with night vision, bandages, proximity detector, well basically everything but the kitchen sink!.
With a bit of natural ninjary despite Lynx crashing about like a cat on a hot tinned roof, the team avoid the site security guards and make it down the elevator shaft.
As they head through the tight narrow tunnel it opens out slightly to wider and taller tunnels, that the team can crouch stand in.
The team head through the labyrinth of tunnels fighting swarms of rats along the way, finding several dead ends till they find a tunnel that heads downwards.
At multiple times almost every member of the team got bitten and poisoned by the rabid rats.
This then opens up into an old forgotten tunnel designed by a long forgotten now defunct company, more than likely without approval of the proper powers that be.
There is even stagnant water fountains and art deco designs about the tunnels, but the team did not manage to spend much time contemplating the artistry as they were constantly attacked by rat swarms as they headed deeper into the tunnel system.
Well apart from Lynx who decided to take a different trip around the tunnels inspecting all the art work and adding his tag to previously un-graffitied walls.
The team finally stumble upon the lair of The Rat King
The lair has dripping stagnant water, the buzzing antique light fixtures, crackling electricity from severed ancient power lines, broken tiles, pools of fetid water, scavenged and salvaged items from aboveground.

Syvaz mind crushes the Rat King
Blowout also joins the fray, forgetting he has zero skill in brawling and miraculously gets off a lucky punch, that allows Renegado the chance to maneuver and snap The Rat Kings neck, also ripping the necklace from the dead Rat Kings corpse.
Holding the necklace Renegado starts to feel "funny", so gets Blowout to quickly disintegrate it before Bonedido bags it for treasure.
It disintegrates with a strange hue, and an odd aura emanates from its dust particles as it disintegrates to nothing.

Bonedido cries out "Shit" at the loss of what could have been valuable treasure, but then his cries and rants of foul play are put to a stop when a handful of Gold Galleons are found, and Renegado inspects the Rat Kings crown and thinks there may be some real jewels and gold in it.
