A Good Day to Bard Hard - The Rocky Horror Picture Show

As the Band Awake they head down for breakfast and are confronted by a strange looking man with two spikes/ mohawks, duehawks if you will

Flint Keith

He gushes about how awesome you were, and you play real nice, but your missing some, pizazz.
Which Ekham found offensive, as he IS THE PURDY ONE, Bo was put out as she is the SPARKLEE ONE.
So together they snarl - "And what can you do"
With that Flint breaks into free style epic dance which impresses the band a lot, kinda that DID impress them much.

Bored of the town and having exhausted their search for knowledge, the band stock up with water for the trek into the desert, to visit other settlements and try and gather the knowledge.

After a few days in the desert the band realise that the storm cloud they are approaching is not shifting with the winds and seems unatural.

Lemmog mounts his Griffon and flys up up and away
Ekham spreads his wings to follow him
Bo gives Gribble a Ride on her broom stick and up they go looking like the rejects from bednobs and broomsticks, towards this strange cloud with flashing blue, red and yellow lights.


Heironimyo, Hydrica and Flint follow on on foot.

As the Flying Circus flys above the the storm cloud
They look like  little silhouetto of a man
They are hit by flashes of red/yellow and blue lightning, taking fire or Lightening damage.
With the air ripped with thunder bolt and lightening
This causes Ekham to fall - very very frightening

Ekham cast feather fall to spare his life from the monstrosity of a fall

Ekham then sees a Gothic House in the middle of the storm

Lemmog comes in hot and fast barrle rolling and misjudging where the ground was, tossing himself off of the Griffon and faceplanting in front of Ekham

Heironimyo, Hydrica and Flint run the lightning to reach Ekham

Bo and Gribble sweep in like a wreaking ball, and they all arrive at the door to this gothic house..

The Arrival

The band are greeted by Riffraf, a skeletal butler with a wicked grin, who invites the band to “the Master’s Midnight Masquerade.”

The band present themselves as THE band for the party

Riffraf  "You've arrived on a rather special night. – It's one of the master's affairs."

The Time Warp:

As the band enter the Great Hall, they encounter the Transylvanians. 



They star a tune, a little number that some of the band members miss step and take a shed load of mind flip damage

It's astounding, time is fleeting
Madness takes its toll
But listen closely, not for very much longer
I've got to keep control

I remember doing the TIme Warp
Drinking those moments when
The blackness would hit me and the void would be calling
Let's do the time warp again...
Let's do the time warp again!

The band then had to QUICKLY work out together the steps and step order, taking more physic damage with each social faux pas.


It's just a jump to the left
And then a step to the right
With your hands on your hips
You bring your knees in tight
But it's the pelvic thrust that really drives you insane,
Let's do the Time Warp again!


The Elevator/Starcase Reveal

A flamboyant, otherworldly Bard/Socerer, enters with a dramatic flare and enthralls all but Ekham with his alluring presense and keeps them on tenter hooks with antici.......pation

He introduces himself as Frank-N-Furter and he will create the perfect being, inviting the band to follow him into the lab.

The Laboratory

A wall of glowing levers, knobs, and Tesla coils hums with unstable energy. 

A figure in a lab coat and fishnets urges the band to “flip the right switches to bring the creature to life!”

Frank:     Tonight, my unconventional conventionists... you are about to witness a new breakthrough in biochemical research... and paradise is to be mine!  It was strange the way it happened... suddenly you get a break... whole pieces seem to fit into place, not a sign of being.. what a fool!  The answer was there all the time, it took a small accident to make it happen... AN ACCIDENT...   ..and that's how I discovered the secret, that elusive ingredient, that SPARK that is the breath of life...  Yes, I have that knowledge... I hold the secret... to life... itself!  You see, you are fortunate for tonight is the night that my beautiful creature is destined to be BORN!  Hoopla! ...throw open the switches on the sonic oscillator... and step the reactor power input THREE MORE POINTS!

There were four starting blocks each with:

  • 2 switch's at waist height
  • 2 switch's at a height halfway down the leg
  • a plunger between the first two switches
Lemmog tries position 4 and flicks some switches immediately and takes some physic damage

Lemmog then tries position 4 and flicks some different switches immediately and takes some physic damage

Gribble then tries position 3 and flicks some different switches immediately and takes some physic damage

After a few false starts Gribble realises that in front of each of the four stations is a pressure pad.

Flint cammands Frank to tell them how, to which he replies "Time Warp"

After an inordinate amount of time, the band to twig

1.       Jump to the Left

So need to start on 1 or 2 or cannot jump left

Lemmog then starts from 1
Jumps to 3
Steps to 2

Then messes up the switches, more psychic damage

Lemmog then restarts from 1
Jumps to 3
Steps to 2
Switches the switch at his hips
Switches the switches at his knees

and it is done


The Birth of Rocky:

Frank completes a high-level spell with all the liquids and rays flowing into a central container, and a perfect Charles Atlas seal of approval man is born.

Who is about to go rampant, as he is scare, alone and vulnerable, when the band and Fank manage to calm him down

Eddie’s Entrance

The band are invited to stay, when out of the freezer crashes a Zombie Paladin Eddie riding a Mechanical Steed.

Eddie goes to attack Frank and the Band, but Flint immobilises him with his dance moves
Hydrica hypnotises both Eddie and the Steed
Bo levitates Eddie up out of the Steeds saddle
Ekham makes Eddie into a glittery disco ball
Lemmog thanking Bo, as he now does not have to move, slams Eddie over the balcony with his axe
Heironimyo moves down and against all odds befriends the mechanical steed!
Gribble casts shatter on Eddie - accidently hurting Lemmog and Hydrica in the process

Then almost bored, Frank Power work kills Eddie, and gets Riff Raff and Magenta to cart him off, not before Lemmog swipes his axe

Greataxe of Vengeance and Chaos

+1d4 bonus to hit and damage (note to band - I added this bit as forgot I had already given out the Vengence Axe, so this is the Chaos n Vengence Axe)
You can use an action to speak a command word and gain resistance to all damage until the start of your next turn as you enter a defensive stance. While in this defensive stance, you absorb some of the kinetic energy of attacks against you. The first time you deal damage with this weapon on your next turn, you unleash this absorbed energy. Add bonus force damage to the attack equal to the amount of damage you have taken from enemies since your last turn (maximum of 20). Once you have used this feature, you can't use it again until the next dawn.

         Frank:     One from the vaults.  Oh baby!.. Don't be upset...  It was a mercy killing... he had a certain naive charm, but no muscle...  Oh!

         Rocky:     My high is low, I'm dressed up with no place to go. And all I know is I'm at the start of a pretty big downer.

         The band is invited to stay… but quickly realizes they may be part of the experiment.

The Dinner Party:

Narrator:  Food has always played a vital role in Life's rituals. The breaking of the bread, the last meal of the condemned man, and now, this meal.  However informal it might appear, you can be sure that there was to be very little.. bon ami.

After a while and mental probing from Frank into each of the bands nightmares, desires, thoughts and dreams. The "food" is revealed to be Eddie. 
Lemmog protects the band from being frightened, but they do all become nauseated

The band start falling asleep, as if drugged into compliance and unconscious

Hydrica and Hieronimo are in similar but different state, where they are paralysed, immobile, cannot speak, but can see and hear everything.

They see themselves and other stripped of their clothes and items and dresses in fancy corsets and stockings.

The Medusa Transducer Transylvanian Cosets

 Grants +2 to Performance but -2 to Wisdom

The Floor Show

The Masquerade Turns Deadly

The Midnight Masquerade begins, a a surreal stage where the band dance in muscle defying patterns and sing stong otherworldly tunes.

It is revealed that the ban will be Franks Party favours and are to be used for entertainment, and relieve his dynamic tension as he leaves this world......

The Floor Show Performance

The band are fighting imaginary manifestations of their own nightmares and desires, twisted in on themselves to corrupt their minds. The band try to resist via their Strength, Dexterity and Charisma.

As they start beating some of the desire nightmares back, they spot Frank enjoying the show and performance his mind flip games are doing to the band, and as each starts getting their thoughts in line, they attack Frank

The Mutiny:

         Riff Raff and Magenta temporarily reveal their true Star Spawn forms, and attack Frank shooting him in his back.

Frank-N-Furter, it's all over
Your mission is a failure
Your lifestyle's too extreme
I'm your new commander
You now are my prisoner
We return to Transylvania
Prepare the transit beam


Hydrica gets his and the others instruments and clothes back, instantly removing the bloodlust he had for wanting to kill Riff Raff for touching his instrument.

The rest of the band help kill off Frank.

End Credits


Ekham takes Franks corset, but there were other items

The band are told to leave quickly by Riff Raff, but the door is locked with a 6 digit code.

Gribble twigs that the reverse of the tiles that had the steps for the Time Warp are numbered

When the Steps are laied out in correct order then flipped, it reveals a 6 digit code, which the band use to excape.

The Gothic House then Launches into the air taking with it the fire and lightening storm cloud, as it leaves the atmosphear.

As the band looks down, they see the site of a ruins and an entrance way to a tomb that has been blasted away.

The archway leading to the tomb is menacing and signs written in old blood promise a painful death to any who would disturb the dead........

·         Advantage on Performance checks.

·         Dancing triggers minor illusion effects in 10 ft radius.

Rocky’s Heart Crystal (Very Rare, Requires Attunement)

Description: A glowing heart-shaped gem infused with life force.

·         Grants resistance to non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, slashing

·         Once per long rest, the user can cast Animate Dead or Greater Restoration on a willing construct or ally.

Corset of Chaotic Glamour (Rare) - Ekham has this

Description: Enchanted corset that enhances charisma and unpredictability.

·         +2 to AC

·         Advantage on Charisma saving throws

·         Once per day, cast Confusion as an action

         Manufactured Endurance: the Mechanincal Stted does not require food or sleep and can maintain a gallop indefinitely covering twice the usual distance while travelling at a fast pace

         Trampling Charge: If the Mechanical Steed moves at least 20ft straight toward a creature and then hits it with a hooves attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC15 Strength Saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the Mechanical Steed can make an additional hooves attack against the target as a bonus action
