Hitman - Target 5 - Cairo Bain

Exiting Riga

The Team follow the Daugava River back into Riga, where Delia heads into the fueling station to re-fuel.

Having not bothered to change the Stolen Ships name or number, the Monteray Jack had a waiting party at the fueling station - the harbour police/coast guard.

Shit

Delia hits the engines and guns the ship out of port, with the coast guard in persuit.

Valentina heads up to the sun deck and set up for a shot on the fast approaching Coast guard.

Delia seeing the coast guard draw close the the Jack, attempts to side swipe and ram the coast guard, but the coast guards pilot was quick witted enough to take evasive action.
At this exact moment Valentina took her shot, beating the odds and blew the pilots brains out, this left the coast guards ship powering forward but away from the fleeing Monteray Jack.

Valantena saw the Coast Guard ship start to weave in the sea as its rudder caught the cross currents and debris.

Tiera tried to find some sort of paint to cover the ships name, but to no avail.

Monteray Jack is now too hot to handle.

Delia guns the ship to Tūja where she beaches the ship against the pier.
The team pile out and try to find a vehicle in the campsite to steal, but have no luck finding one.

The team move down the road and check a farmstead.

Valentina spots a long wheel base land rover in the barn.

Tiera unlocks the barn, and El Puncho yanks the barn door open making the hinges squeal loudly.

Boom, shot gun pellets hit the barn door above El Punchos head.
Tiera spots the farmer shotgun in hand on his homestead porch, and blows his brains out.

The Farmers wife comes out of the homestead banishing another shotgun, boom she shoots Valentina and puts he down on the ground.
Tiera blows the farmers wife's brains out and covers a screaming 6 year old girl who came rushing out of the house to cry over her dead father and now mother.

Delia during all this is trying to hot wire the car and failing.

Maria finally gets around to saving Valentinas life!
Plugging all the holes in her like a bowling ball and praising Jesus as she babbles bollox over Valantena.

Valentena shoots the 6 year old girl, calmly stating "no witnesses"

El Puncho and Maria search the house and find the keys (but decide not to tell the rest of the team of the baby they saw in the crib).

With the keys in hand Delia starts the Land Rover and the team head out, turning up the E67

The team got lucky that the border between Latvia and Estonia is a soft border and they were not stopped for a random check.

You know, what with Valentina covered in blood, Maria covered in Blood from saving Valentina, the Land Rover filled with 2 sniper rifles with silencers, 2 combat shot guns, several 9mm some with silencers, several types of grenades, Firewire, combat knifes, night vision, gas masks - yep I dont think nothing to declare would have washed if they were random stopped. But I digress as I said, they were not stopped, they finally had some luck.

Onwards and upwards to Cairo Bains Warehouse

Reason: government contract - they want him dead

Intel:
One of the most powerful arms dealers in the business, Bain has built his empire on blood and brutality.

He may look like a typical thug, but don’t let that fool you: he is experienced and calculating.

Usually, his mere presence is all it takes him to get whatever he wants, but he is known to enjoy a challenge whenever he gets the opportunity.

He is a strong and skilled combatant – there are even rumours about him crushing skulls with his bare hands, but we have no confirmation of that at this time.

Exactly what he is doing here is unknown but he chooses his location carefully – this is a good opportunity to eliminate him.

He will have no more than four guards with him although, obviously, you should not underestimate his own potential as a combatant.

On that subject, the government of [Redacted] is willing and eager to reward his elimination with a quite generous sum – apparently, said government is significantly in debt to him and would love to see the demands vanish.

It is advisable to be extra careful, though.

Something as trivial as a wrong glance will be a good enough excuse for him to put a bullet through your brain without asking any questions.
A remote approach might be the best choice for this target.

Physical Description
A Caucasian male in his late forties, Cairo Bain is about 6’5” and extremely muscular.
He shaves his head, but usually sports a three-day beard.
He has a long scar on his right temple which may distinguish him in a crowd, along with his choice of fashionable and expensive clothes.



Skill Description
Despite being an arms dealer, he favours fists over guns when he engages an opponent.
Some say he has supernatural strength, but we are not entirely sure about that.
We recommend you don’t try to find out.

He is not believed to have any Kinetic Abilities... but that has never been confirmed.

Hideout
We know of only one place, an old dockside warehouse.
The front and back doors are always guarded, but you still have an advantage, as there are various ways to make your way inside.

Firstly, there is the roof. There are some skylights leading into the upper floors.
Take the one on the far left.
This will lead inside Bain’s office. Careful, there’s a chance of broken glass.
If you chose this way, be aware that you have only one chance to surprise him.

The next possible way is from underneath.
There is a hatch that was used ages ago for boats.
This will lead you into the main hall.
There is a good chance you will be covered by crates, but make sure you make no sound.
The hatch is very old, keep that in mind.

From there you will either have to be very stealthy or take out Bain’s guards.
The good thing is that you can be as loud as you want, he cannot escape from his office, so you have him cornered.

The bad side of that is that he might decide to join the fight and you risk being overwhelmed.

Old Estonian dockside warehouse

The Team scope out the premises and after a bit of arguments and too and froing they come up with the backbone of a plan.

Valentina walked the perimeter of the warehouse fencing and the dogs followed her.
The team then went off to get some steaks and infused tranquillisers into the meat.

So the plan
  1. Tranquillise guard dogs
  2. Get up onto the roof
  3. Cover windows and exits with snipers and guns
  4. Break glass and then throw poisen grenade into the upper offices
  5. As people flee the team can then kill them

Valentina walked the perimeter of the warehouse fencing and the dogs followed her to the far corner away from the windows.

Valentina shoved a slab of meat into the wire of the fence, leaving it suspended in the fence.

The dogs ignored the meat.

Valentina then climbed the fence and the dogs started to try and bite at her feet and she threw over the 2nd slab of meat, where one of the dogs took the meat and walked away with it and started to gnaw at it.

The other dog ignored the meat and started to growl and bark at Valentina.

Valentina then shot the dog with a silenced rifle, leaving a pulp where the dogs head would have been.

The other dog then groggily got up and started growling at Valentina, just as a howl was starting in the dogs mouth Valentina put a shot into the dog ripping its lower jaw off killing the dog instantly.

So Tranquilized with a sniper rifle?
