Hitman - Target 3 - Marcy Ballantyre

Target: Marcy Ballantyre

Target address: Ship “Monterey Jack” in transit across the seas and ocean, in international waters

Mission type: terminate Marcy Ballantyre, collateral damage acceptable

Reason:
We have located your target.

Media heiress Marcy Ballantyre owns property across the planet.

Using the GPS data that you have collected we have identified a suitable strike location.

She is in transit across the ocean, in international waters, allowing you considerable leeway in your planning with regards to law enforcement or resident security services.

The only protection that Ms Ballantyre has available to her is that which she brought with her onto the boat.

We do not require that her death appears to be an accident.

We do not care if there is collateral damage: terminate Marcy Ballantyre.

Intel:
Initial surveillance of the ship and its logged route indicate several locations where it would be simple enough to intercept depending upon your approach.

If you intended to insinuate yourselves on board, the ship’s crew and catering staff will be replaced before making the crossing.

At the other end of the journey they expect to arrive at Harbour City, where they will be meeting up with their sister ship to complete the journey up the coast to dock at her final destination.

This fairly circuitous route should provide you with ample opportunity for you to intercept the ship using one of your own if you are planning a more direct assault.

The ship, the “Monterey Jack”, is a modified super-catamaran with a level of luxury comparable to a cruise liner and a hull reinforced beyond safety to the point of paranoia.

It typically houses between ten and twenty passengers and a crew of eight, including a doctor and professional chef.

Ms Ballantyre has bought out the entire passenger side of the ship for herself and three security professionals.

One of whom shares her expansive suite.

Whether this is in a professional or romantic capacity is neither known or relevant to your operations.

If she follows her usual patterns of behaviour on this trip, then she will alternate between sunning herself on the upper deck, indulging in shared meals with the crew and her staff and resting in her quarters.

In 15% of her crossings, she has forced the crew to halt the ship so that she could swim in the ocean.

The odds of this increase in good weather and decrease when there is a substantial amount of seafood on the menu.
